Fact: 22% of the adult population voted labour at the last general election. With a low turnout the share of the vote was 36% Hardly a ringing endorsement.

Fact Labour is far less popular today, far far less. I live in a staunch labour constituency, yet I cannot find anyone who now admits to supporting Blair.

Most people where I live voted labour because their families always had. That's the average intellect of the average labour voter. just like turkeys voting for Christmas.

Tony Blair is universally hated where I live.

He is widely regarded as a liar, traitor, coward and cheating spiv.

I agree with you about the media though, They do lie in so far as they prop up the little cowardly corrupt war criminal. They regurgitated his blatant lies on WMD without question, yet they could have easly blown away his lies. They never did. They where a propaganda mouthpeice for Blair's lies and still are to this day.

I'm sorry but he blatantly lied over Iraq full stop for his own political ends. He stated the the Labour party would be whiter than white after the debacle with the last Tory Government, unfortunately he's been quite the opposite. He has had free holidays in Italy courtesy of their corrupt EX Pm Burlusconi(?)
He courted the support of those Indian brothers (sorry I can't remember their names) when they were wanted in India for corruption and I believe illegal arms trading becasue he wanted some money out of them for the Dome. They were very quick to get their UK passports.
Also the nonsense of those flats purchased in Bristol and the rather strange way of going about purchasing them. Because of this nonsense we've had Cherie on television trying to explain about the purchase of these properties and then crying because her boys were leaving home for the first time. For god's sake they were only going to Bristol!!!! Not quite like sending your son to Iraq and wondering if you'll see him again is it? Note there aren't many, if any MP's with sons and daughters in Iraq the same goes for the US Government as well.
Don't give me that Blair the liar is such a good PM some of you people must be blind!

Which side of the Atlantic do you come from? Over this side, the sane one, Teflon Tony is reviled as a liar and war criminal. The only thing we are waiting for is for him to be brought to the Hague, along with his spinning, lying government. I only hope that Brown does not replace him, just as bad with stealth as the main method of raising taxes.

I believe that the UK population used to respect B-liar.
It is a fact that now the majority want B-liar to go as soon as possible and he is despised by the majority..
Politicians lie constantly but once a politician is caught lying by the public, politicians are are finished.

Us smart Americans don't believe our Liberal media. Our media is proud to admit they are all Democrats and they all have Liberal views, except for Fox News of course.

I think the world was amazingly shocked when GWB won re-election because their media works the same way. No one knew half the country would vote for him. The way the news portrayed it, it should have been a land slide victory for Kerry.

God Bless Fox news. No wonder they are kicking every ones but in the ratings these days.
