A.Males have a Y chormosome and Girls only have x's. So, it would be a girl. This is easy to remember for me because in porn (which I mostly think of women in) is XXX
B.1 Barr Body
C.XY is male- a good way to remember this is that all males are females unless the SRY (sex determining region of y) shows up, then they become male.
D. Zero Barr Bodies
Barr Bodies- "The formation of Barr bodies is the strategy that humans use for what is called dosage compensation. The basic idea is that cells from both males and females are designed to work with a 1x dose of the proteins encoded by X chromosome genes. Therefore, in females, one of the Xs is inactivated, meaning that it is put into a state where most of its genes cannot be expressed. In the inactivation process, the "spare" X chromosome condenses and becomes the hypercondensed Barr body that can be seen by staining cells. "
Which in easy words means that females only have barr bodies and males don't!

An XX zygote is female, and will have 1 Barr body. The number of Barr bodies is the number of X chromosomes - 1. Abnormal numbers of Barr bodies in women are found in cases like Turner's syndrome (One X chromosome only, No Barr body), or supernumerous X chromosomes (XXX = 2 Barr bodies).
An XY zygote is male, and will have no Barr body. Abnormalities such as Klinefelter's, XXY are males with a Barr body. They will have sexual development abnormalities.

A Barr body is an inactive X chromosome; in any given cell, only one X is active. Females have XX so there is always one inactive; males only have 1 X so there is no Barr body.
Unless the poor schmuck is an XXY but then he'll have other problems...
Note that although one X is always in active in any given cell, it isn't the same X in every cell. Females are mosaics (look it up) of different cells lines, some with one X active and some the other. This explains, for example, the fact that all calico cats are female, and is thought to explain the increased incidence of lupus in women.

b. Male, no Barr bodies.
Barr bodies are the lionised X chromosome, although all XX cells have them, they are most easily visible under the microscope when looking at stained white blood cells (neutrophils).
