Your kind have had the same core of leaders in the White House 14 out of the last 22 years. You've had the Congress for the last 12 years. The most prosperous our Nation has been during those years since the era of The New Deal were under the Clinton Administration from his specific policies and actions. Our peace and prosperity during that time could have developed into something extraordinary.
Bush takes over through questionable election, cleans out our treasury, continues the trickle-down economic program to the extreme, watches as his longtime partyhacks create a scheme to overthrow Iraq for oil, enables our enemies to attack us through either ignorance or purposeful intent (who cares which), and then whammo--he lies our country into a war that he wants us to believe we'll win through our prowess, when the truth is our absolute domination of the region and the acquisition of it's oil resources for his constituents is his ONLY concern.
So what's my point?

Why on earth do you continue to equate our Nation's problems with some kind of liberal or Democratic party belief? Where is this fantasy logic about what we do or will do based on? Defending Bush has nothing to do with what the other side will do--that damage is done and repairing our Nation is on the forefront. How some of you folks can just sit back and allow this horrible outcome to manifest without knowing it's true consequence ir repulsive!

Where we are now and what is being done is the issue. Bush has no exit strategy. You know why? Because there is no way to leave Iraq peacefully and still be able to privatize Iraqi Oil. Why do you think it's taken so long to give us his plan? His plan will not work and he'll prolong this occupation till this objective is met or the chaos continues. He's inbetween a rock and a hard place, the Saudi's and his Big Oil buddies are impossible to please at the same time. Screw them, how bout pleasing the American people!! Hopefully our Congress will do all the right things that we the people have placed at their disposal.

I really don't want to put all conservatives in the same barrel--I know that many of you have legitamate concerns---But the nutjobs within your rank and file seem to have the loudest voices and the least intellect.

Thinking that this war is not about oil just because Bush or his constituents don't admit it on a regular basis is ridiculous. The no-bid contracts aren't explained that well either. You start looking at this mess with Oil as a motive, and the whole picture comes into focus....

The so-called peace mentioned was actually "looking the other way" by the previous administration. The clear point is that the war is not about oil. It that were the case there would be plenty of sources and evidence. But the is none. The questionable election was because the democrat at the time could not even win his own state. Bush was elected twice, Clinton ignored the facts of terrorism and today we are paying for it. The "lies" that are claimed were also told by the UN, Britain, and many other intelligence sources. Even the democrats voted for war and believed the same evidence given to the president.

There's an underlying agenda with less than honorable overtones?
Not so much for the good of the many as may be for the power of the few?
Maybe we should listen to Scott Ritter a bit more. He seems to have up close and personal exposure to what he and others deemed as the crazies. Rumsfield, Cheney, Scooter Libby....
The Rothchildes, the DuPonts, The Rockefellers, The DeBeers...
On down to SKull and Crossbones, The Masons, The Illuminati, The Knights Templar, The Akunaki?

The logic for conservative thinking is *not* the policies of George Bush..he doesn't speak for all conservatives, or even a mojority of them. But the bsis for conservative thinking is that we are better off if we stop wishing the world was a butterfly-filled wonderland and see it for waht it is and take measures to protect what is ours. Liberals, on the other hand, think that all the worlds ills can be solved by more government programs, more government intrusion into our lives, and always more sympathy for the "victims".
Its the liberals who gave us welfare, its the liberals who want to let millions of criminals stay here because "they just want a better life", its the liberals who are contributing to the fundamental breakdown of american life. They are so concerned with hurting someones feelings that they are unwiling to say when something is simply wrong.
And lets not forget that W. got more votes in his "questionable election" that Clinton (who was disbarred in his home state, what an honor) received in either of his.

I hear ya brother. I agree with most of what you have to say. I believe what you are saying is that we need a new regime of power in Washington and hopefully we get a good one with the next election.

that definitely is the liberal thinking of what conservatives think riddled with lies and falsities.
lol. "if you start looking at it as for oil you see it in a whole different perspective" YOU THINK? It definitely does have something to do with oil but since you look at it as something bush is doing for profit you dont see that it is something that needs to be done for the country. I would elaborate but I dont think you care and would be a waste of my time.
