If you never pick up your paycheck, what happens to it?

I was just wondering.. if you never pick up a paycheck, what does the employer do with it? Do they just take the money back after a certain amount of time or does it just sit there forever?

The should mail it to you if they have a current address.

It escheats to the state and is held for you to claim.
