GO to Start > run and type in cmd
On the MS-DOS window type in ipconfig then hit Enter
it'll take a few seconds then you should see the IP Address

I see the others gave you the answer to finding your IP address if you are looking for the one on a local network. If your looking for the one when you are on the net, then that one is wrong. For your correct IP on the internet click on the link below
http://www.whatismyipaddress.com/
that will give you your internet IP

5. a window will open. trpe ipconfig and press Enter
6. see your IP address
7. press Control-C and the window will close.
