Are you looking for rebate forms because you qualify as low income? If so, you need to contact your state or maybe your local town. The form will ask which oil company you use. Then you will hand that form ONLY to that oil company. The state will also want proof you are low income. If you need rebates for any other purpose, good luck! In the state of Massachusetts, Former Rep. Joseph P. Kennedy, son of the late Robert Kennedy, nephew of Ted Kennedy and of the Late President John F Kennedy runs a non-profit oil company to help the needy.
