i think it might be 8 seconds but i'm not sure. it's about two friends who are bull riders and i think one is killed by a bull and the other one takes the bull out to shoot it but can't. Does anyone know what it is??

In 8 Seconds Tuff does not take the bull out to shoot it. However, he does eventually ride it without getting killed.

8 Seconds is the movie with Luke Perry in it and he does get killed, but I don't remember another guy taking a bull out to shoot it. So that may not be the one you are talking about.
