Wow. You need to gain about 35 pounds. But you need to do it the right way. You don't want to gain FAT.

Go to GNC and get some weight-gain powder. Ask them what would be good for you to use. Start lifting weights. Gradual, don't try to bulk up in 1 day or a week.

find our your metabolic rate (BMR) this way you know how many calories you should eat in order to gain weight. You must eat more calories than you burn to gain weight. good luck.
