Oh my dear God, yes! I'm a big girl, and I just wore them for my New Year's Eve wedding under slinky pants. Not a ripple or bulge in sight! They're worth every penny!

On the infomercials it seems like they do. But they work just as good as the ones I would buy from Walmart that's for sure. Spanx is too expensive.

Yes, they are great at slimming and smoothing out your shape so that you don't have rolls showing. They are definitely worth their price.
