I'm hoping you meant 'horses.' The answer is almost certainly yes, because he went too far too fast to have been walking. And while you can ride camels, they don't make good mounts for long distance - at least, not if you're in a hurry.

As for 'hores' - that depends on your definition. He certainly had concubines from time to time, but not on the Hegira AFAIK.
