Absolutely 100% possible. Many men go far longer than that without "sexual release" of any kind, including masturbation. If some guy is trying to convince you otherwise, he's giving you a total line of BS and just trying to get you to let him in your pants.
Dump the devious loser! If he's that desperate, then you don't need him either.

the only time I ever did that was in the military when doing special ops in central and south america.
besides that, I can't think of any other time...don't see the purpose, sexual release is nothing but healthy for the human body

Of coarse... MANY MEN in MANY different cultures will withstand YEARS of no sexual release. Just because they are MALE doesnt mean they need to get off all the time.
