It also mentions that Goldfish don't get pregnant and actually carry eggs but I think we worked that one out earlier.

Sorry to say that Pillock has not been mentioned so I would say your husband is closer the mark on this one.

i thought a **** was a preggers goldfish!, and a pillock was just a fish, but now you have me doubting myself!...now wheres that dictionary

Your husband is right - though, of course, fish can't be pregnant in the same way as mammals.
There's a fish called a pollock, which might be the cause of your confusion.

I've heard its twit. My housemate told me and I laughed at her, but found it on the internet along with a whole load of useless facts that are quite interesting
