You're due in a couple days, and you just found out there are 4, not the 3 you were expecting?
Look, what ever you could do for 3, you just do for 4. You have the cribs, the clothes, the bottles.
It's really not a big deal. Just buy 1 more car seat.
Good luck.

Don't forget you will loose a lot of weight after the baby is born. I just had on and I lost 25 ponds right away- so times that by 4 for you. This is the one time in your life that you cannot worry about your weight- only the safetly of your children. Dieting is not a good idea now- only eating healthy and listening to what your body is telling you that your baby needs. Have fun with those little babies! You'll be doing a lot of running around soon- don't worry.

Don't worry! As soon as your babies are here start eating a low calorie diet and try to sneak in some excersise. Do you have a stroller? You could go walking with the babies! You'll be fine just remember that you didn't gain all that weight in a few weeks it took 9 months so don't give up it will take some time!!! Good Luck with your little ones :)

if you are due in a couple of days, the damage is done my friend. think about it though - you are carrying 4 babies and placenta and amniotic fluid for 4 - that's a lot of weight right there. After you deliver just make sure you eat a balanced diet -- you will be getting lots of exercise looking after the babies. Get as much rest as possible and don't let it worry you - if you are normally thin then you will get your body back.

Something doesn't sound right but I will humor the question.
There isn't much you can do. 200 lbs is not FAT for having four babies in you. So wait it out and worry about the weight afterwards. I am willing to bet after being so busy with all those babies the weight will melt off.

First off, dont worry about your weight, worry more about the health of all your babies. The weight will fall off once you have the babies, especially if you breastfeed, which burns alot of calories. If the weight doesnt start coming off within the first 8 weeks after the birth, then you can start off with a healthy diet and moderate exercise. I wouldnt push for aerobics though. You will be tired enough taking care of all the babies.

Wow. You went from 3 babies to 4 in a matter of hours. And your due date is farther away now. How are we supposed to help? Only a doctor can do that. Good luck

how did they miss the 4th one??? If your having triplets usually thats considered a high risk pregnancy and they would have you in at least once a week or once every 2 weeks doing an ultra sound each time. you took fertility drugs huh!

Do not panic. Your pounds will shave off once you give birth. Afterwards, stick with diet and excercise until you reached your ideal wieght.
