He sounds like Fez trying to sound like some kind of hip-hopper. It's really quite funny. He uses all kinds of ghetto language, and it sounds extremely silly.
From what I've seen of him outside of that 70s show, he seems like an extremely self-conscious wimp. You know, the kind that seems to be devoid of male hormones, and typically still lives with his mother...

I've heard him talk before a long time ago in an interview. As far as I can remember he has a regular voice, he just talks like Fez on That Seventy's Show. Too bad, that would be hilarious!!

Mostly, no. He slightly sounds like Fez, but if you watch That 70's Show and then Yo Momma, it doesn't sound the same.

not really. Fez's accent is kind of exaggerated. i've seen him on talk shows lately and he doesn't have a very strong accent. maybe it was stronger when he started out but it's almost gone now.

No he doesn't. He was actually born in Miami but then moved to Venezuela for about ten years. He has a very light accent....like Ricky Martin.....

He has an accent but it isn't so pronounced as on the show...in fact it's almost non-existent.

No, not at all. I saw him on some late night talk show a bit ago, and he talks normal. Adorable looking young man.
