yes, i am sure that they have to disclose where they are located. what you need to do is contact ebay about it, follow the links to disputing a sell. also you may want to contact the seller and tell them you had no idea they were in peru and that you do not want to buy the items and sometimes a seller will release you from the purchase. hope this helps....

Well.... As I tell everyone before they Bid.... You Bid you Buy....
Research Feedback before you Bid
Research ad/Auction before you bid and look at all the items the person is selling... Don't Bid if you don't like what you have read.
Now here's a Good catch... You state, that the invoice you requested Didn't have his address on it. After seven days You need to file complain of No address and slow contact. You can try in 5 days but won't open to you until 7th day. Or call EBAY or click on live help.
1st Request invoice again.
2nd request Full contact information, click on Advanced Search
Under members, click on Find contact information,
send youself a copy of every email you send.
Note if you have under 10 Positive Feedback marks My advise is Pay for the shirts and shipping as you agreed under the auction. Pay by PayPal If you don't receive the shirts File for a Full refund under PayPal's unreceived items policy...
The person listing the Auction can leave Negitive Feedback if you Don't pay...
I would like to know the Auction Number so I can read it... Before I say anything else...
Good Luck

Yes. Start by asking the seller to release you from the buy. Many times they will. I have done it as a frequent eBay buyer and seller. If you think he isn't legit you can contact eBay and ask. You can go into the buying section and use the help links. The safest way to pay for a foreign transaction is thru PayPal. You can set it up easily if you have a credit card. It takes a bit longer if you have to provide your checking account.

Go back and look at the listing. Does it show his location? You can ask him to withdraw the winning bid if he will... just tell him that you placed the bid by accident and you only want to pay by PayPal (or some other way that he doesn't accept!). Technically, I think the seller has 3 days to contact you... since he didn't, you could try saying that when you didn't hear from him you bought similar shirts elsewhere.

It is your responsibility to ask questions before bidding. Does the seller take PayPal as payment? It would be one way to confirm you payment to them and keep your credit card number safe. As for the timing of their answer, it was the holidays, give them a break.
Backing out of the deal could result in a negative feedback for you. Leaving them one as a retaliation is not good form.
Enjoy your shirts!

Nope, there is no way to get out of it without potentially taking a negative feedback. You won the auction and it is your responsibility to get questions answered up front, prior to auction close, if you think they might influence your decision to bid.
You can try to ask the seller to re-list the auctions and offer to pay auction fees, and relisting fees, etc. If he is nice, he might be cool with that, but if he refuses, then pay for the items and take your chances.

As long as it is all one transaction - a lot of three shirts - as opposed to three seperate transactions then just don't pay. You will get a strike against you. This just happened to me because I found out I had won a fake ipod - after I won it. So I refused to pay. So I got a strike, then I appealed it, won & it was removed. But if you get strikes they can close your account. If the shirts are three seperate transactions THAT might get your account closed. Otherwise it's not a big deal.

Contact eBay's live support from the home page right away. The link is in the upper right hand corner.

the only thing i can think of is contacting ebay. but i highly doubt that this is going to leave your record uneffected. maybe if you talk to the person you bought the shirts from ( hes the one that leaves the feedback) adn tell him maybe he wont leave you a bad mark.
