Most people tighten the eye muscles, causing them to shut, as they tighten the other muscles involved in a sneeze. But not all do. Some sneeze with their eyes open. Either way, it’s part of the inborn sneeze reflex.

It is not possible to sneeze with your eyes open because of your reflexes, however, if you could, your eyes would pop out of socket

No, I don't think you can naturally do it. I've never done it before. I've heard that if you sneeze with your eyes open, your eyes will stay crooked- meaning you could end up crosseyed or something not normal. I don't know if it's true tho!

I always TRY to do it if I have to sneeze while I'm driving, but I've never been successful.

I believe I have tried. Especially when I am driving. But I don't know whether I actually kept them open or not... Good Question.

It's impossible to do so. There would be so much pressure that your eyes would pop out. NO joke.

no i heard somewhere that if u do ur eyes will pop out but i don't know if it is true or not
