Other than the very obvious, for me, it's finding out I'm going to get off of work on time. I'm very serious about this - I'm a paramedic and I work 24-hour shifts and frequently get calls at the end of the shift and when I don't, yes, it almost makes me scream with pleasure : )
P.S. even though I do love my job

Hehehehe umm like you said the obvious...lets see what else... my boyfriend blowing on my skin or letting his hand just hover inches above my skin tracing my outline without touching me really sends me crazy.
Other things would include roller coasters, cliff jumping and maybe seeing something incredibly funny.
