I am 14 years old, 5'8 and 126 lbs. I would like to put on 15-20 lbs. How can i do this without weight lifting?

eat food. Eat a lot of carbs and protein. Keep light on the fat and sugar though.

All you need to do is consume more calories, and i dont mean junk food. junk food is unhealthy no matter how skinny you are. just drink more milk and juice, those have a lot of calories, and add cheese to things, that also adds calories quickly. and dont worry, as you get older you will fill out more. you will not always be that skinny. good luck :-)
