My wife is 33 yrs old and very Hot!! She is about 5ft3inches and weighs about 135lbs. Shes got it in all the right places! She used to have her nose pierced but she is a teacher and removed it ( I thought that was hot) but now she wants to have her tongue pierced and I am worried that she is going through a semi mid life crisis or something. I know it will look fine, but do you think I have anything else to worry about or do you think she is just sowing some wild oats?! I know this sounds crazy but is anyone elses wife gone through a "wild" phase? She has also gotten all off her hair cut off into a short, sassy, sexy hairstyle as everyone puts it. Do I just go along for the ride and enjoy my new adventerous wife or should I be concerned?

We did get married when she was 21 and I was 24 and had our son when she was 23.

As far as being a teacher, she is not teaching this semester because she went back to school, our relationship is great, so I really dont know why im so worried. By the way her classes are online so its not like she met some college dude.

Let her get her tongue pierced you'll love it. I have my tongue pierced and my man loves it. I love piercings and i think tongue rings are sexy. =-)

Trust me you can worry yourself sick when it comes to things like that. My ex wife went and got a nose ring when we was still married but that was after she had cheated on me the first time. So I guess I had something to be concerned about. The little things in a marriage can usually tell what the big picture is. That is something I learned the hard way. The nose ring wasnt that big of a concern but more I would say us not getting along at all was the tell tell sign. My ex was a big flirt too. If you guys are getting along and her world revolves around you and she lets you know it then you dont have anything to worry about. But if she isnt happy with you and she acts like it then watch out for yourself. If she is all about you though I would enjoy it. You can tell if you really think about it. Its black and white.

I've known women that were in their 30's that suddenly started getting a little wild.....they all had one thing in common, they married young or had children young, and didn't get to experience a wild streak during the college years, etc.
I say that if your marriage is solid, and you have no doubts about it, then make the most of your hot, wild wife!! If she's acting differently towards you, or in general, then there might be something else to it.

I see nothing wrong with the idea of her piercing her tongue. Every once in a while people need to change/spice things up for themselves. Doing something day and day out gets boring maybe this is her way of adding a little change in her life. SUPPORT her and enjoy it. There is no concern here!

Personally, I'd enjoy this phase she's in, BUT pay very close attention to her and what she's doing / not doing. Changes in behavior, such as the ones you mention, could be indicative of a problem she is having or another internal struggle she's going through. Also, I can't imagine a teacher getting her tongue pierced - that seems highly unprofessional to me and, as a parent, I'd be concerned that my sons or daughter's teacher had one. That's too 'porn-starish' to me. Who knows, you may be the benefactor of this phase and nothing bad becomes of it. Good luck to you.

My wife is only 26, but she has been going through some changes also, she started a new job, it is a sales job, so she has to dress up, which she likes, but it has givin her a little more of a wild side, she just got her nipples pierced, I was against it at first, but I sure love it now.

couldn't help but respond to this.....your wife is only 33 and I am way older than that......I got my first tat after being controlled and told could NOT get one for years......so finally I grew up and decided on a visit with my married daughter I wanted one...We had a blast that night! Then got my 2nd one....now mine are all covered unless am in a swimsuit.....not like your wife's stud in her tongue will be....to me thats not too professional looking...but I don't think you can call it a "mid-life" crisis at her age....lol

I wouldn't worry. Maybe she just wants to change her looks. She might just want to keep you interested in her. Whatever her reasons, always remind her how pretty she is and what she means to you. Shower her with plenty of affection. Even though she is only 33, she may be thinking her best years are behind her and wants to keep feeling young. Just support her every way you can.

Myself I would say what I thought of it at the time, but when it comes right down to it, it is up to her, for its her body. If you do not like it there is nothing written that says you have to stay with her. Heck just enjoy it and go along for the ride, sounds to me as she is attempting to find ways to make herself feel younger, no biggy.
