You... could. But I dont know why you would want to. Like her talent all you want, but you should make your own mark on the world.
And if you said you were her, I wouldnt believe you, because celebrities spend a lot of time working, and they deserve a break from "OMGGGGG ITS MILEY CYRUS!!!" once in a while. I dont think the real Miley Cyrus would parade herself around the internet. She probably values her privacy
