Anashuya already took my answer.....but I think, in retrospect, that they send out that email for the same reasons that they tell you to turn your machine off and then back on again whenever something goes wrong.....it's just one of those weird things they do like watch Star Trek and wear pocket protectors, it's like a reflex.....
(I just don't have it tonight.....*sigh*)
