Bless you for spending time and attention on those children. apparently their Father is an idiot....The kids are safe and more secure at your house. As for the 6 kids 'trashing' your house , DO NOT tolerate it...not from the relatives or your own..even very young children can and need to learn to respect other peoples things...get them involved with cleaning up after themselves and don't back down.... as for the other parent , you are probably fighting a losing battle. and no you are not being a b**** so just enjoy the kids as best you can..trust me, one day very soon your house will be clean, quiet, and a little lonely when the kids are all grown.

Lock your door. It is your home and you have the legal right of quiet enjoyment of it. Tell the kids through the door to go back home, then call the parents and tell them, "I'm busy, I've sent the kids back to you." Be strong, they will get the message. You are not being unreasonable.

He can't just send them off to omeone else because they get on his nerves! Tell the guy you haven't got the time to be the parent of his kids too! Just send them back and tell him you're busy. He'll soon have to find something for the kids to do.
