It depends on how many positive feedback you have. What you should be most concerned about is the percentage of your feedback that are positive. You want to have over 90% positive feedback anything lower loks suspicious and you would be best with over 98%.

The only time I worry about negative feedback is if the seller has a low number of scores (not a lot of sales) and already has negative feedback. Then I don't buy. If the person is a power seller or just has a few random negative hits I usually blame the buyer for being uneducated as to proper eBay protocol. If on the other hand you received negative feedback you can sometimes negotiate and get it removed. Most sellers will try very hard to complete a transaction with positive feedback. It is their reputation at stake. Don't ever leave negative feedback without contacting the seller first. Most time things can be resolved to everyones satisfaction.

No. Negative feedback in itself will not affect transactions, insofar as you will still be allowed to transact. However, if the negative feedback is followed by a complaint by the other party, then this will be investigated by Ebay.
I wouldn't worry so long as you resolve the problem with the other person.

Most people don't want to deal with sellers with negative feedback. If you are just buying it is less of an issue.

you may envision the field selection in eBay to make issues greater handy. It disables worldwide sales, and those with Paypal or something. If it would not sell, it merely is going inactive. you may re-record the article via merely clicking on button.

Not if it's the first one you got. But if you get a lot then others will start to look at this before doing any business with you.
