its absolute nonsense.. people are making a big deal for NOTHING... freedom of speech people post it as you will and we are suppose to enforce freedom in iraq and this happens:

absoulutely horrible and we cant make iraqi freedom if we arent letting them do this.

I think the person who released the cell phone video performed a public service, but only because Saddam is an exceptional case. I would not advocate releasing a video of just anybody's hanging.
It may have been against Iraqi law, in which case it was a courageous act of civil disobedience. I sincerely hope that the penalty for this act will be minimal or none.
However, the matter is in the hands of the Iraqi government, as it should be.

Not a big deal to me. He used to take the children out of the schools to witness hangings so they would fear him. If they showed this more often then people might think twice before they do unlawful crimes. An eye for an eye. Right! Give the person a reward who recorded this. Bet he made alot of people rethink the way they live.Without the video we would still think he was alive too. ENJOY HELL

Alot of ppl out there are really sensitive. All those human rights groups would be complain if the video was "officially" released.
Censorship. People think it's just not right. But In my opinion who cares? Everybody does seem to make a big deal about it. I agree with you. Plus apparently no one was supposed to have cameras or cell phones inside.
