I do not believe so because it is not a main hub of travel. If any do, you will have to pay so much more money that it is usually better to go to the hub and travel by land to Thiruvananthapuram.

Yep Lufthansa makes this facility. Check-out the website of Lufthansa or contact the travel agents in ur area. B'coz day to day the flight schedules and stops were changing

unfortunately no direct flights from Europe to trivandrum. There are chartered flights to trivandrum. You may have to fly through Mumbai and get connection to trivandrum
