That depends entirely on the business relationship that you are pursuing. I can't speak for any company in particular but consider this when dealing in China:

If you're considering out-sourcing manufacturing production to a Chinese partner, keep in mind that patents and copyrights are largely ignored in China. If a cheap knockoff look-alike on the shelves would break your company, tread VERY carefully in China!

Just talk about your hesitation to the company and ask the company to show evidence for their reliability.
