NO, the only information that goes under your work experience section on a resume is:

1) Last / current job title
2) Company name
3) Dates employed
4) Job responsibilities / duties / functions

The address would go on your application, but NEVER on a resume!

Yes. this will you help you by giving your new employer the benefit to verify yu had some work experience at that certain place.
They call this a reference where yu have the name of the person plus his address as your referee.
I guess yu can put it where yu write the namer of the person as your referee anywhere on the paper.

Right after the company name:

Accountant, ABC Company, 123 Happy Lane, City, State, Zip.
