When the other 3 go to New Narnia in the last battle, Susan is not with them. The other 3 died in the train crash, but Susan did not. She became interested in "nylons, lipstick and party invitations," and she began to believe Narnia was made up.
Now, some people said that it was to show that those consumed by worldly desires were denied heaven. However, in interviews, Lewis said that Susan's story had not been told; presumably, she found her way back through faith.
Neil Gaiman wrote a fantastic story about what happened to Susan, it's in Fragile Things (and another collection I can't recall).
there's a great Wickipedia article on it too, if you google it.

Susan is described, in _The Last Battle_, as no longer being a friend of Narnia. C. S. Lewis (the author of the Narnia books) suggests, through dialog between the characters in this book, that she has tried too hard to become an adult, and put what she thinks of as childish things, including her very real experiences in Narnia, away.

Lewis is said to have suggested that perhaps that wasn't the end of the story for Susan.

Susan 'ceased to be a friend of Narnia' in Peter's words. As the children started to grow up, she got into more worldly things and told the others that Narnia had never been more than a game and they were crazy to believe it had ever been real.

Susan didn't stay true to Narnia. She grew up and she forogt that Narnia was a real place and just thought of it as the old childish games they used to play.

She represents the person in the world who hears the truth about Christ (represented by Aslan) and then gets caught up in the things of the world and forgets that her first and most important relationship is with her Savior and God.

Maggie.

Because everyone thought she was so amazing, she was good but not that good. Most acts were better than her. The main reason was because everyone was shocked at her audition, looking at her you don't expect her to be able to sing well. The audience were laughing at her before she even started singing because they expected her to flop! I think she's not right in the head. Did you watch the results at the final, what the hell was she doing? She lifted up her skirt and started dancing like a loony! Apparently she has special needs but I'm not sure.

I think she gets kicked out because she becomes too vain. It's been awhile, but I think something like this happens.
