Why can't I access a game after I purchased it on line?

I purchased Mystery Case Files Prime Suspects online on 12-26-06. It downloaded and created a shortcut on desktop. Yahoo's confirmation #88373075. When I try to access it and play I receive a "Trophy Case" screen which has 6 boxes. The boxes have Huntsville, Prime Suspects, Coming Soon and the other 3 have Coming Soon. I click on "Prime Suspects" and it takes me to a screen which asks me to download, buy or play web game. I have already purchased the game so why doesn't it take me directly to the game from the shortcut? Thank you for any help you can give me.

Do you maybe have to enter a registration code? Check your e-mail and see if you have it in there.
