No... sorry, but men don't have the female organs it takes to have a "cycle" or get pregnant... and this is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of ... getting pregnant from themselves! WOW! There is a class called Biology... or even Anatomy & Physiology... that would be a good, educational class to take! :0)

Are you serious? Not meaning to be mean, but bisexuality just means that he/she is simply interested or sexually focused on both sexes. A hermaphadite might be what your going for. In this case a hermaphadite has both sex parts dominantly of one or the other. I'm a work so I can't provide websites for information on that but try looking up yourself more about hermaphadites.

sexual orientation does not alter the fact wether you can/cannot give birth.
if you are male you CANNOT give birth
If you are female you CAN
If you are male and bisexual it means that you "swing both ways" or in other words equally attracted to both sexes at the same level or close.

have you seen men ever have a baby no not never the dont have fallopian tubes or a uterus never can man get pregnant. also they need to ovulate and have menustration so the egg would drop.
