Creative Zen Vision: M ?? 30gb or Ipod video?

Question

Im thinking of getting either one so i need your opinions! which is a better choice to buy??
and if i buy the creative zen m does it come with everything ..all the accesories i need
if not which one comes with it

These players have been going head to head alot this year amd lot of people want to know which is the best for thier needs.I did my research and i found that the vision:m wins hands down.I am sure you will want a breakdown of my findings so here it goes.

1.the vision has a high definition 265,000 colour screen while the ipod has only a 65,000 colur screen, this is important when viewing videos and pictures

2. the vision has a built in fm radio and 10 hour voice recorder, which are optional extras on the ipod (50$ for fm and 70 $ for external mic for voice recording)

3.the sound quality is the most important factor in music players.this is measured in siginal to noise ratio, the higher the better, the vision has a rating of 97 decibels while the ipod has 82db

4. The vision supports music services such as yahoo, rhapsody,napster,musicmatch etc if you want purchase music online while ipods can only use itunes.

5.ipods are prone to battery failure in the first 18 months , do a google search and find the lawsuits apple are in for this.

6. vision supports 7 video formats such as divx and xivd, there are free conversion programs on the net which will allow you to convert your dvds to this format to transfer to your vision.while ipods use apple property quicktime video format , you have to buy the video conversion program from them.

7. ipods can only use itunes to import music from your computer but it is a very unstable program with frequent crashs and and was voted by cnet as one of the worst programs this year becuase it was built for macs and not pc's.install itunes at your own risk.the vision can sync with various programs suchas windows media player,music match,media monkey and thier own creative media explorer
8. yes apple sell allot more ipods than the vision but you have to consider this , the ipod is in its 5th year.when ipods first came out the first year they did not sell that many.give creative a chance.

9.creative has a backgournd is digital music, they make digital sound recording equipment and hifi systems under the cambridge soundworks name which they own.They are so good they are comapred to bose and harmon kardon.While ipods are made by apple and thier background is making computers.

I have a Zen Vision M and I got to tell you, u will be AMAZED.
The graphics are out of this world and the sound quality is excellent! Since I just bought one, i will tell you what it comes with:
-The MP4 player
-Sync Adapter (so you can recharge through the USB drive of your computer)
-Pouch (not a skin, its just a pocket)
-USB cable
-Installation CD
-Windows Media CD
-a couple of offers from Napster, etc
-Manual
What it can play:
MPG files (like downloaded from limewire)
MP4 files
MP3 files
WAV files
WMA files
WMV files
AVI files (doesnt work if downloaded from limewire, it needs a codec decoder)
MPEG files
It also can play photos, set photos to be wallpaper, a calendar, an organizer (to store info. like contacts) and it can be also used as a removable storage. (kind of like a USB drive)
Now the problems:
First and foremost, u need to get a screen-protector (skin) or else your player will look like crap in a couple of month.
Second, the screen scratchs easily
third, u will not be able to rip DVD from your collection, (those are in .VOB format)
fourth, battery life is a huge concern, it can play 4 hrs of video, but it passes quick.
Overall, I would advise you to buy the M because it can play more video files than Ipod (which can only play MP4), and look at Ipod, it is very problematic. You are going to have a lot of trouble.
Also, trust me, you are going to be blown away by the MP4, it has everything u will want.

Skin,
Wall Adapter (for recharging faster)
Screen protector

I Bought the Zen and I love it. Why? because it is compatible with Napster and just about every other subscription based music software (excluding iTunes of course). iPods are nice because they have so many different accessories that most of the other MP3 players (like the Zen) don't have available. It comes down to what is more important to you? the Accessories, or the compatibility with more major music softwares.

you may get carry of from everywhere with an iPod. 60% of mp3 participant proprietors have an iPod, do not you think of there doing something surprising whilst a majority of householders have an ipod. I easily have heard greater approximately problems with Zen than with ipods.
