I dont think that there is an easy way out for this one. you need to work your way up like everyone else (well most everyone). Work at a bar if you dont already and learn everything you need to know while earning money to buy your own. good luck and dont give up on your dreams!

You are going to need money. You have to buy the alcohol, liquor licenses, some ort of permit to run a bar, not to mention the bar itself, bar supplies, bouncer, entertainment....
