You can use the applicator that came with the eyeshadow or get an eyeshadow brush which I feel works better. You apply the eye shadow color that you want to the applicator and then you apply to your eye lid going from the inside corner of your eye to the outside. If you want to you can then apply a similar color to the crease of your eye while keeping your eye open so you can clearly see your crease. Go from the inside of the crease to the outside and you are done! Have fun!

the obvious is with the applicator.....BUT if you want specifics here's the answer!
1.always apply light on the inside of the eye and darker on the outside edge.
2. make sure that you stay on the eyelid do not go above or outside that area.
3. if you have blue or light green eyes go for a brown/light blue/pink eyeshadow
hope i helped!

apply a medium color on the lower part of your eyelid, then use the darkest color and make a small line right above your eyelashes and drag it in the middle of your eyelid, then take the brightest color and put it on your top lid.

it shoudl have come with a litlle applicator, those small things that look like a double sided q-tip. only with spongier tips. If you dan't have one, you can buy a package, or use a q-tip or your finger in a pinch.
