I don't think that there's a "best" but it depends on your skills and what type of life you want to have.
I expect electrician could be a good field, but you also might do better as an architect, or if you're good with numbers, accountants and insurance actuaries are always in demand.

You don't say where you live, but if you live in the U.K. there is always a need for manual workers, i.e. plumbers, electricians, carpenters, builders. There is so much building work going on that these trades are well sought after. You can always earn a little extra doing odd jobs for people.

At the moment the Plumbing trade is the one that is raking in the big bucks but in the next couple of years I reckon Joiners are going to be up there too.

Plumbers are earning a fortune right now, also electricians will also always be needed and you if you are a skilled tradesman like this you will find it easy to get work in your own country and to travel and work overseas.
