None. The wife of Charles II was Catherine of Braganza, and had no states named after her.
Charles I had the Carolinas named after him.
His wife, Henrietta Maria, had Maryland named after her, and Maine was considered a compliment to her, as she was said to have owned the province of Mayne in France.
Virginia was named after Queen Elizabeth, the Virgin Queen.
