Ok, I'm American.
I think Poland is fine. It is a country that has been through many hardships on account of its ambitious neighbors, but does exist again fortunately.
Polish people are fine too. One of my best friends is Polish.
I'm happy you asked. I hope you don't think people think poorly of you!!!

Ah, Poland! Land of the three best things ever to grace this Earth. Those three things are, in order of importance.
1)Beer.
2)Polish female tourists (nice!)
3)Those hotdogs.
Other then that I could take it or leave it.

The official language is Polish and the capital is Warsaw. The country used to be a Soviet Republic.

Try wikipedia, they also have the info that you need.

I don't think that the guys should wear their hair so very short. They are so skinny to begin with, they end up looking like war refugees. This is especially true if you visit Krakow and go to auschwitz, when you come back to town in the evening, all the guys look like they just got released from a concentration camp.
