Depends on the surface as well ... I can't get pencil off my countertops as easily as marker, but marker will ruin my clothes is a heartbeat.

depends. if its a color pencil without and eraser then marker. but if its washable marker then the pencil

Marker is harder to get off especially on your skin...always use the washable kind!!!

rubbing alcohol should get off marker, so I'd say pencil
