pulverize dry oatmeal. make a thick paste with milk. dry milk is good, just make a thick paste using water. (It takes very, very little milk or water, just drops) pat onto face, let dry-5 or 10 minutes. moisten the mask with warm water to soften then remove.
Mayo would also be a quick mask. I have used Mayo all over before a shower or bath. Skin seems to glow and is quite smooth and soft.

Mashed avocado is great for dry skin, but the oil in it could make your breakout worse.

cook some oatmeal, put some sugar and butter in it and peanut butter. smear it on your face until it cracks. Wash off with Cream of Wheat.

mix warm milk and oatmeal, works awsome!
or you could just soak a rag in warm milk then lay it a=on your face 4 a while.
