They could, only if the address is listed that way by the subscriber. However, normally, the information operator will only give you the phone number, and will only give out an address in case there could possiblly be some confusion about the accuracy of the information. (more that one person with the same name, or a business with that name, but at a different address.

No. 411 is a telephone service that tells you the location of the phone service. 911 requires all phones to have addresses regardless of the billing address. So, 411 will have the 911 address listed.

I think they can only give you addresses of PO boxes that have phones in them.
