Is there anyone that bothers you that you just, just want to let them know exactly how you feel but, have not had the courage to do so?

I understand not having the courage but sometimes it just feels good to let it all get out in the open.

It really depends on the situation. If somebody simply annoys you, then I probably wouldn't say anything. If somebody is doing something that you feel very strongly against then I would probably voice my opinion. I have been in both situations and that is exactly how I handled them.

I told my best friend a girl that I was tired of shouldering most of the expenses when we hung out and it nearly cost me the friendship. She was offended because she made less money.

yes a number of people bother me but i don't really want to talk to any of them about it i just try to stay far away from them:
my parents and brother bother me because my parents treat my brother a lot better than they treat me. i have given up on trying to let them know how i feel because everytime i try to talk to them about it they won't even see any of the points i'm trying to make they just interupt me and deny everything.
my ex annoys me because he still text messages me and emails me even though i ignore his emails and text messages, he knows i don't want to see him, i've told him before and any contact with him would just be giving him what he wants.
my boyfriend's ex annoys me because when we first started going out she did everything she could to make things hard for us. even tried to poison his mom against me so she'd try to convine her son not to date me (little did his ex know that the whole time they were going out everyone was telling him how much they hated her and that didn't change his mind at all he needed to decide to dump her for himself and wasn't going to listen to anyone else) and i don't contact her because me bitching at her would probably make her happy to know she bothers me.
