I personally think Byron is a great name. It's classic and makes me think of someone with depth. It doesn't sound "ethnic" if your worried about that.
So how about "Teiren (or Terren) Byron".
One option you could go with, if your using Byron simply to fullfill a family obligation, why not just use the letter B. as the entire middle name? A friend did that with her kid, and everyone was happy, especially the person who didn't realize it wasn't the full middle name, but just a B. Good luck
