If my last period started on the 14th of December, and I had sex Jan 1st, was I fertile on the 1st?

It would really depend on when you ovulate in your cycle. Some people ovulate early, some late. It isn't an exact science or else avoiding unwanted pregnancies would be easy. Day 18 is quite likely.

Hopefully you can handle the outcome whatever the case may be!

There is always the possibility that you could be pregnant but that depends on how many days you have in your cycle. With a normal 28 day cycle that would have put you ovulating somewhere between the 26th and the 28th. You normally start ovulating 12 days after the first day of your period and are fertile for 2 to 3 days.

This question is almost impossible to answer without knowing your system and his (it was a he right?). You have a high probability of being fertile by the 1st. I suggest to stop worring about it and go buy a pregnancy kit. Your results of the test will be better than any guesses here. Good luck ...Which ever way you're hoping.

there is always a chance if you had unprotected sex. do you self a favor from here on out if you don't want a child have protected sex or get on birth control. wait till your period is due if it doesn't come take a pregnancy test! then if its positive then go to the DR. if its neg. and you still don't get your period wait a week and take another test or go to the Dr.

You are fertile before you ovulate. I have no idea how long your cycles are. But I started the same day. I have a 28 day cycle. I ovulated on Christmas day. (I chart my temps) But a woman who ovulates on day 14 (which is normal) after their first cycle day (which would make it CD14) would have made you ovulate on Dec. 28th,.... hope this helps you some.

Probably a 70% chance you are pregnant, and a 30% chance you are not.
