Their role used to be to report the news in an unbiased mannor... -Uncensored, TRUTHFUL and timely.
Why do we allow them to only give us a part of the story, when they have soo much more they COULD present?

To instill fear in the public so they will stay tuned in. Imagine if the news reported "real" news. They used to do that back when the news only came on twice a day. Now, all the news media is owned by corporate and they are looking to make that big buck. If you really want to know what's going on in the world, get out there and look for yourself. It has no roll in my life. The media simply makes celebritys seem like they are more than what they really are.I mean the media has to tell the whole world when two celebritys break up when that happens to alot of people everyday. It makes alcohol seem like if you drink it you'll get all thesse beautiful girls when you really won't all that will happen to you is possibly death or you just dummer and dummer!!! I HATE THE MEDIA!

the role of the media is to encourage consumers to buy. The only reason there even is a media is to advertise. That is a fact. The only reason "programming" is on is to hold your attention until the commercials come on.
