check this out..i have an ipod nano and i have itunes on my computer with songs and everything, but my cousin wants to use it too and get songs off of itunes with her ipod..i dont want her mixing up her songs with mine so how do i prevent that? Is there a was to have 2 itunes on the same computer??

no there isnt. but you can create a different user and install itunes there. and your cousin can use that library instead of urs.

Complicated stuff you got going on. Anyways make sure you have the newest version of itunes that is free DL at www.apple.com

You can manually update and update all check songs. So when you have all the right songs on your ipod you can recharge at an outlet instead of comp. This is go same with her. The only time you might need to plug it into your comp is you have new songs or any adds you want to put on your ipod.

I think you can make a playlist too. O_O

It will delete her songs and put yours on there. Try clicking NO when it asks if you want to format the ipod to the libreary. THen if it still connects, drang and drop songs from your librray to her ipod.
