I can't make them survive them it and it drives me crazy because their husbamds always have to save them from death. And, they get weird thought bubbl es over their heads with pacifiers, pacifiers with a question mark, and once they have the baby, pacifiers with telephones. Help, PLZ!!!!!!

Note: I can't make them get enough food and sleep and fun and hygene because they always run around doing despairations for these things and their meter bar gets completely red and she falls on the floor, her husband cries, and the grim reaper walks in the kitchen and the husband has to click ple for loved one!!!!!!!

None of my sims have ever died from Morning Sickness...but they can lose the baby if their health gets too low. I had my sim just sleep in bed most of the time and when she was hungry get something to eat, take a bath etc.
If she won't even sleep though, it might be a glitch, try moving the family to a different lot.

Well first, I'm going to assume that you don't use cheats.
What you do is you have your expecting mom Sim relax in bed and have your dad Sim do all the work. If you have teens and children they can help too.
This way, the mom doesn't have to use so much energy on cooking, cleaning, etc. All she has to do is eat, take a shower, and use the bathroom every now and then.
I recommend that you start off in a small house until you get at least one teen in the family. This way your Sims wont have to travel long distances to get things done, and wont use up as much energy.
Also while the mom sim is pregnant have the dad call in sick for work, so he can take care of his wife.

I've never had my females die from morning sickness. They just throw up and make the toilet dirty. And the thought bubbles the one with the pacifier means she wants one or she is remebering of another birth. The one w/ the ? mark means that the female is thinking if she is preganat. The oone w. the telephone means she wants to adopt.

Ok you do this:
1. ctrl+shift+c
2. type in boolprop testingcheatsenabledtrue
3. click on spawn and i forgot the name but it is there. When you find it a box appears and you can cure a disease or morning sickness, you can even make your sim sick.
I guareentee it will work.
Also they cannot die from morning sickness, impossible.
question mark means- they think they might be pregnant
pacifier means- they want a baby
and telephone with pacifier means- they want to adopt or they are thinking about it.

dont bother with the hygene or the fun. make her sleep until the bar gets about a quarter of the way to happy, then make her serve breakfast/lunch/dinner and make her eat all she can until she gets really tired again. and when shes full of both, then make her shower and have some fun

I've never had a problem with them dying, either. Hmm. Are you letting them get enough rest and food?
I think that's the biggest thing. Don't overwork them while they are pregnant! :-)
