I've been having really bad nausea over the past two days. I've also been getting random spotting. I've been on the pill for about 3 months now and had the spotting symptom within the first few weeks outside of my period. This is really starting to scare me. I've never had nausea before and spotting hasn't occured in a while. Could I be pregnant?

Are you taking the pill same time each day? The spotting may be normal but the nausea I'd check into - unless your pill is just too strong for you. I'd definately go back to the doctor with these symptoms. Sometimes your pills have to be adjusted several times before you get the right one for you - I know from experience about that problem. Good luck! Don't think you are pregnant until they tell you so - it could just be your pills need adjusting. Also just thought of something - don't take more than one pill at a time if you miss - this made me throw up big time!

Yes spotting happened to me when i was pregnant and the sickness was awful. make sure you find out if you are or not asap as the pill is not good to take during pregnancy. the pill isn't 100% all the time. take a look at some sites that can give you good info on symptoms of pregnancy. go to any search engine and type pregnancy symptoms and there are hundreds of sites to choose from. very helpful too. get hold of some anti sickness tablets, but make sure they are safe to use in case you are pregnant. good luck whatever the outcome.

I fell pregnant twice on the pill :)
go to the doctor you can get random spotting when you are pregnant.
it could also still be your body getting used to the hormones it can take a while sometimes...
Good luck and go see your Doctor any bleeding is a worry its better too find out :)

Well we get about 20 of these every hour. The truth of the matter is you need to take a test. I'm not a pee stick. I don't know if you are pregnant or not. It could all be mind over matter. You know maybe you are worrying so much about being pregnant that you are thinking you are. Make an appointment with your dr for a blood pregnancy test and stop talking your pill in the mean time.

You could always try taking a test. But the pill could also be causing the spotting until your body gets used to it.
