U cud fake one by getting a real one cover is in blood
make u look fat mmm take a vacume tube to the baby
stuff it up ure top and pretend to give birth LOL!!!

Watch a video or be present at a birth and you will soon know exactly what its like.
Why you would want to put that on Youtube and My space only you know .......but each to their own.
