I own the domain www.TheDevilsChoice.com and currently it's empty and nothing has been built.
The domain name itself is really catchy and is very attractive. Many people have commented that they liked it.
Any ideas on what I can develop the site into? Like recipes or chocolate or movie reviews? I want it to be a niche website but very appealing and popular.

I like the idea of indulgences myself. A web site full of guilty pleasures would be fun. Like Double Chocolate cake with a layer of cheesecake in the middle and hot fudge on top. That makes you feel like a sinner :). Or a juicy book you'd normally be ashamed that you read it and liked it.

Have you ever seen perezhilton.com or postsecret.blogspot.com? A lot of people enjoy that kind of stuff, and I agree, the URL's pretty cool. So if you can find something cool that everyone likes, you should put it there.

most people that would hit on that site would be very dissapointed with your foodstuff ideas--if you can't do justice to the name--give it to someone else
