they have a middle name i know they do but i dont know them

Well, Lily's might be Evans, her maiden name. We'll find out more about them in Deathly Hallows.
Here's what I could find: Lily Evans Potter. James's middle name would be his father's first name if he is the eldest son (just like Harry and presumably Bill), but we don't know his Dad's name yet.

I think James might by James Harry Potter. Just a guess. I have no clue as to what Lily's is though.

i think i read somewhere that it's James A. Potter. not too sure about that, but don't trust anything you read until its either in a book or from JKR herself.
Hopefully we'll learn their middle names in book 7... can't wait!!!! *does little happy dance*

I don't think JKR's ever mentioned their middle names. It'd be a good trivia question, though.
