What are you wanting to do?? If you are just a beginner I'd start by reading up on candle magick online.. You can also join a yahoo group for vodoo and get free info from fellow members....

Read up on magic online, or check books out from the library--that's free too. Or take some books to the used bookstore to trade in, and hopefully you'll get enough to buy a book of magick that way. It would help to know what you want to accomplish. Definitely remember that whatever you send out, that kind of energy will come back at you three times as powerful, so you only want to send out good stuff. Also, it's karmic trouble to try to control another person's free will.

No! As I've said on here before, spells should be created by the person using the spell, from their own energy.
Read up on Magick as much as you can. And remember the Threefold Law.
